We deal with creditors on your behalf

No more calls from creditors as we will be dealing with them directly on your behalf.

Monthly payment to creditors

You can rest assured that all your creditors will be paid by our payment distribution agency with an amount that is affordable to you.

HOW WE DO

Negotiation

As part of our professional debt review process, we negotiate with your credit providers for a reduced monthly instalment as well as a reduced interest rate. You make one consolidated monthly payment, which is then distributed to your credit providers.

Debt review

Debt review was introduced by the NCR in 2007, is a negotiation process for consumers who find themselves unable to maintain their payments to their credit providers as well as their basic living expenses.

Debt review process

You do not pay your monthly instalment to the credit providers or to the debt counsellor – it is paid into a trust account of a Payment Distribution Agent, put in place by the NCR, who then distributes the funds to the credit providers.

Consolidation of debt

Consumers that have bad credit, low credit scoring and have no access to credit or consolidation loans, can apply for debt review.
